Service Description

This is for customers who need a patch test, or a face to face in the salon/clinic regarding treatments. Please book a time relevant to yourself as we will see you around that time. we will discuss options and if there is enough time we may be able to start the treatment process on the same day. We take our time and figure out the best plan based on your time frame, or your budget. We aim to successfully attend to your needs and expectations. A consultation is the best way forward to ensure you book the correct procedures

Cancellation Policy

Please contact the salon if you are running late. If you are late your appointment can be cancelled or cut down. Lateness over 15 minutes can result in a cancellation and a missed appointment fee of £20 is charged. We cannot guarantee that you will be seen on the same day. A missed appointment fee of £20 will be due to reinstate your booking. A charge will be taken to reinstate your booking unless we have 48 hours notice. Vouchers are applicable for new clients only. PLEASE GIVE 48 HRS PRIOR TO CANCELLING/RESCHEDULING TO AVOID CHARGES. We look forward to seeing you!
