Service Description
This is for customers who need a patch test for laser treatments. Please book time relevant to yourself as we will see you at that time. we will carry out a full consultation , to check suitability and we will prepare you with pre and post laser advice as well as test the machine on the required area, we then discuss any questions , prices and can show you how to book online in your own time, usually clients wait up to 2 days to ensure they have no reactions then book online, or feel free to reach out and we can assist you further
Cancellation Policy
Please contact the salon if you are running late. If you are late your appointment can be cancelled or cut down. Lateness over 15 minutes can result in a cancellation and a missed appointment fee of £20 is charged. We cannot guarantee that you will be seen on the same day. A missed appointment fee of £20 will be due to reinstate your booking. A charge will be taken to reinstate your booking unless we have 48 hours notice. Vouchers are applicable for new clients only. PLEASE GIVE 48 HRS PRIOR TO CANCELLING/RESCHEDULING TO AVOID CHARGES. We look forward to seeing you!
