Service Description

Consultation Policy** ✨ This consultation is for clients who wish to discuss treatments face-to-face in our salon/clinic. During your consultation, you may also choose to go ahead with a short treatment on the same day. * If you know your consultation will require more than 15 minutes, please ensure you book one of these appointments. * A £30 consultation fee** applies. This is **non-refundable**, however it can be deducted from the cost of your treatment on the day. The fee is refundable although it can be deducted from your treatment that gets booked in.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact the salon if you are running late. If you are late your appointment can be cancelled or cut down. Lateness over 15 minutes can result in a cancellation and a missed appointment fee of £20 is charged. We cannot guarantee that you will be seen on the same day. A missed appointment fee of £20 will be due to reinstate your booking. A charge will be taken to reinstate your booking unless we have 48 hours notice. Vouchers are applicable for new clients only. PLEASE GIVE 48 HRS PRIOR TO CANCELLING/RESCHEDULING TO AVOID CHARGES. We look forward to seeing you!
